  I've been going to these guys for almost a decade. They saved my old Civic from the brink, and I was able to get another 5+ years out of it before it was rear ended and totaled. They've always treated me more than fairly, given me incredible rates, been extremely upfront and honest, done immaculate work, and never once judged me or took advantage of my lack of knowledge. I would and do recommend them to anyone I know who ever needs any kind of work done on a vehicle.

  I've had both of my vehicles serviced here for a variety of reasons. I drive out of my way to bring my cars to Randy's. 100% worth it 100% of the time. Tom is the best.

  I brought my 2007 F-150 to Randy's with a transmission failure. They opened it up and gave me a quote without charge (something the well-known chain wanted $1,200 to do). Their quote was well within what others with a similar vehicle and problem were paying. It's now two months post repair, and I'm very satisfied with what I paid and the 24/24 warranty they provided on their work. I later brought my son's car with an overheating issue and non functioning air conditioning to them. Again, they gave a no cost quote after spending time to diagnose the problems.

  I was referred here by a friend that has been getting work done here for years and they were spot on with the service. I am a delivery driver and my brakes were not safe to drive on anymore. They went out of there way to return my vehicle to me same day because they knew I needed my car in order to live. Excellent customer service and my car drives like I just bought it.   Randy's is our go to mechanic. We have used them for many years. I know we can trust what they say. Everytime we go in for a problem, they will check it out, and call us to explain what it is, before doing any work. Then they will give a breakdown of cost and options. Great friendly people. They are not open on weekends, but I don't mind that, they deserve a weekend too. We have 4 cars in the family and will definitely be back. Thank you Tom for being so nice and thorough with our Sonata.

  The guys at Randy's transmission do great work at good prices. They rebuilt a transmission on an older Acadia at a very reasonable price. When completed, shifted smoothly like it was new. I've referred many people over the years and the feedback is always overwhelmingly positive. Great people that do quality work.
