Short story- Elliot of Randy's knows what he is talking about and ensured the 68RFE transmission in our truck was rebuilt top notch at a fair price. Long story-we were on a road trip with our fifth wheel, when our transmission went out. We had our truck towed from Gallup New Mexico to Mesa AZ because we ad great experience with our sons transmission at Randy'. Elliot was honest, fair and ensured we got our truck back in time to restart our road trip. At the time of writing this, we have 1800 miles on the rebuilt transmission. All towing a 14k fifth wheel, over passes in Colorado, Montana, Wyoming. Flawlessly..

Truck went into limp mode and threw code P0720. "P0720" code indicates a problem with the transmission's output speed sensor, which is located within the transmission's "lead frame" component, essentially a plastic housing that holds the transmission's wiring and sensors. Took it Gemba Automotive at first and was told I needed a new transmission or rebuild . Came to Randys for a second opinion and they were able to confirm the faulty sensor , change the lead frame inside, and got my warranty to cover everything. Got the truck back in two days . Will be returning in the future for all my auto repairs.
